:confused: Any thoughts on the value of being a member of the SAAC if you don't have a genuine CSX? %/ I understand they print a number of newsletters etc. Bernie |
I've not found the SAAC membership terribly useful or interesting, although I don't attend the events and maybe that's where the value is. The newsletter is infrequent (maybe 6X annually) and is mostly classifieds, few of which appear to be unique.
I re-upped for another year, but not exactly sure why. |
The value of the SAAC membership are the events that are held each year. Plus the fact that you have access to a large network of people, i.e. equipment, parts, dealers, etc. You should also enjoy a greater access to Shelby itself. but of that I am not sure about in the last year or so.. Seems that Shelby has been busy with quite a bit, perhaps too much...who knows. I think the results will be good at some point..
