Customer Service From Shelby Las Vegas
Have had occasion to deal both on the phone and in person with the "parts" guys from SAI from the Cobra shop over the last few years and always received responsive assistance.
Was in Las Vegas yesterday on business, and stopped by to get some help regarding the fresh air footbox vent system, and details on the assembly per the original cars. Was greeted by Doug, then handed off to Bud from the parts side who escorted me and my daughter throughout the facility to locate another parts specific guy about my particular question. Bud then took the time to escort us to the Cobra shop to meet with Tony, the Cobra shop manager, who stopped what he was doing to greet us and show us around and uncovered a couple of cars so we could see the installation tricks. He also, without asking, volunteered to go to his computer to print out 10 different photos of various installations to help guide an authentic install. I really want to compliment these guys, and give a big shout out to Amy for overseeing a great group of helpful employees who make a customer feel important instead of a bother. |

Sure is great when someone takes the time to mention a positive experience. Anyone that is in business or the Corporate world knows how important these inspiring comments are to the individuals and the Managers. Well Done !! |
