On the sender unit on the front of the tank.

My Smiths fuel level gauge shows 1/4 full when it is full and 5/8 full when it is empty. It appears that I have the usual (for Contemporary Camaro) gas tank. Anyone know of an easy fix? :p Rich

Hey Rich, if you have the standard tank then you'll have a Camaro sender running through a tweaked Smiths guage that has a balancing device wired in. You can now get a Smiths guage for the Camaro ohm sender values from Peter at Nisonger.

Thanks, Nick. I've been putting this off forever. As you know, I've been holding out for a nice, larger fuel tank (with an appropriate sender), but other things have been higher priorities, like a new engine, etc. I will get in touch with Peter. Rich
