Fan relay for CSX4000

Anyone know where to get the Lucas fan relay for a CSX4000 series Cobra?

Maybe XK's Unlimited in California. Shelby Dealer and does a lot of work on Jags. However there are an abundance of English Car shops on the East Coast and in New England. If you have a part # off of it they should be able to help.
