Orange Shell Valley
Does anybody know the paint code/name of the orange paint used on the cobra with chrome 5 spoke wheels in the shell valley banner ad ?

Hi Peter the color is made by ppg and it is in the pearl series i know cause my car is that:) i believe its sunset pearl i had this color put in my gel coat on my body when it was manuf. i will have it painted in a couple years. but it looks great now. if you check out PPG on line you will find this paint # good luck Neil

I talked Shell Valley's painter at the Knotts show 2 years ago. They had the car there at the time and as I recall, it won best of show. Their painter told me it was a custom blend they called, "sunburst". You might call Shell Valley and ask for Rich Anderson or Rich Lacy. They will help you. Chris, slithering:) |
