What modifications to the SV kit have you done??

I am interested in the modifications you have made to the "standard" Shell Valley Cobra Kit.
The major change that I made when building my kit was to stand the radiator up so it is vertical in the opening instead of at an angle! I also lowered the engine about an inch with shorter engine mounts.
I am pondering my Cobra "Winter Projects" and would like to hear what all SV owners have done.
What changes have you made!

I have done the following:

Changed the shocks and springs to different lengths to get the car to squat in the hindend instead of being jacked up.

Fabbed an aluminum dash panel, cut out the fiberglass one, and bolted this one in place. Used Smiths replica gauges.

Moved the steering column down so that it doesn't exit to the very top of the dash.

Fabbed a set of floor mounted pedals.

Skipped the gas tank and went with a fuel cell in the trunk.

Fabbed a set of sidepipes (without glass pack mufflers) with a flanged connection.

Used a SPF seat for the passenger side and a Kirkey Cobra vintage race seat for the driver.

I forgot to add that I built my own sidepipes by adding Finishline Flanges to change from slip fit to bolt on, and used Vortex cones and Lobak Spiral mufflers instead of glasspacks!! They sound really good!!

Here's a few:

Moved radiator foward and tilted it back more to add a puller fan and the twin pusher fans.

Lowered the engine 1 1/2 inches.

Installed power steering with a GM style Saginaw pump with a Heidts pressure valve.

Converted sidepipes and headers to flange fit.

Fabbed my own throttle linkage and pedals to fit my legs and feet.

Made a stainless battery tray and semi flush mounted the battery in the upper trunk area between the roll bars.

Redesigned the roll bar mounts to accomodate the shoulder harness belts.

Made the passenger roll bar easily removable and made some fiberglass plugs to fill the holes.

Fabbed a stainless lower radiator hose.

Made a new rear transmission mount setup to increase ground clearance.

Installed a stainless Flaming River steering column and splined shafts and u joints.

Installed a Vintage Air compact heater defrost unit.

Made an aluminum dash panel and covered it with cowhide.

Installed backup lights to match the tail lights.

Made some removable trailer tie down brackets for the frame.

Installed some non-traditional rearview mirrors I can actually see out of.

This winter I'm looking to change the rear coilovers and shocks. And to find some type of front swaybar setup. And also install some side pipe shields.

I moved and replaced the radiator , forword and up rite with a shroud and two speed fan complete assembly from a 2002 Viper : cost 189 from Dodge and it works great.
I moved the engine back and down , 390 FE
Shorten the steering column
Remade the swing pedals
Made new lamps from single bulbs too two bulbs and they are incased so I could pass inspection, as they came the bulbs where not protected and they lit up the trunk more than the lens , a real bad design to begin with.
replaced the lower control arms on the rear end .

Lowered the engine, changed the rear spring/shock mounts to try to lower the rear of the car

Love the car-may try to lower the seat and footbox into the frame next...
