Power brakes on a CR Standard

I want to upgrade my brakes from Manual to Power. I have a 4 wheel disc 88 Corvette brake setup with a manual master. There is no room for a full size booster. I was given an excellant recommendation to use a GEO metro Booster and Master. I have the parts but just wanted to hear feedback from all that have tried. I was told by an experienced builder that this setup works well. I noticed that the master only had a 13/16 bore. It looks to me that I can bolt up a 1990 corvette master that has a 1.00 bore. Not sure how the booster will react with it. Any info or comments are appreciated.
