From the look of the pins, they look to be GM style calipers. Maybe from a mid-80's GM RWD car?

I guess I am wondering if they are d-52 calipers.

I'm not sure what a D-52 caliper is but those are usually mid sized GM. There are 2 types, I understand, the earlier mid sized units and the later "metric" units. Since that looks like most of the big brake conversions, that rely on factory parts, I am guessing the earlier mid size. That would include Camaro and Firebird...probably until the 3rd generation Camaro/Firebird were inroduced. Speedway Motors probably has it online so you could verify.
Now what is a D-52?? Is that a pad #?

Hi,
A D-52 is a pad. Your going to use D-154 pads on those calipers.

I have those calipers on my front brakes and am trying to determine if the new wilwood calipers are a direct fit for them. Wilwood says they replace gm d52 calipers.

Get in touch with someone like Day motorsports. That set up you have is the typical IMCA Modified set up....
Granada rotors, pinto spindles with the brackets to accept the large GM caliper. Wilwood does have a caliper to fit those brackets yes...this link should take you to the right ones... http://www.daymotorsports.com/produc...BRAKE-CALIPERS
Hope this helps. Im running the same set up on my Cobra as well. Just a hint...Just about any auto parts house sells all the parts except the brackets to set that up.

I got in contact with the seller and I guess those are the small gm metric calipers. Now the question is, is there a cheap upgrade.
