Is there anyone that has experience with Lexan windshields? Are they any good? What is the good, the bad and the ugly?

Several people I am familiar with are using the Lexan units. There are difference in the lexan windscreens from different manufacturers.
The people I have talked with are happy with them. I can put you onto a supplier if you want.

I would appreciate the name(s) of a reputable supplier for Lexan windshields if you would please. Based on your comments, I think I'LL try one for durability reasons. I can always go back to glass.
