Chattering with Eagles

At very low speeds (<5mph) and while turning (e.g., into a parking spot) my front end bounces and chatters. Ever since I installed the Goodyear Eagle Racing tires, I've noticed this. It is very noticeable and put's quite a bit of stress on the front end.

What's up? At higher speeds (5mph+) everything smooths out, and it runs great on the freeway. The tires are not DOT approved, so is this a characteristic of these tires? I just had the front end aligned before I got these tires. Any advise would be appreciated.

Todd & Kris:

It sounds like your tires are rubbing?

Those Goodyears are pretty tall.....

Pat;

I thought that at first also, but I couldn't find any evidence of rubbing. I'll look again?

Todd:

Put chalk on the edge of the tire where you think it looks like it comes the closest to something else. If find out it is rubbing, a little bit f grease on the part it is rubbing on usually fixes the problem.
