Roush 427R Starter Recommendation?

About 36,000 miles now on my Roush 427R. Starter #2 is starting to fade. Time for a new one. Wondering what other folks are using successfully on this or similar engines. Thanks for any suggestions.

I bought a $75 rebuilt one from ebay and it's been fine for 3 years. Get one of the new style with the gear reduction and you're good.

Hey there...I have the 427sr...

You have the most miles on a Roush motor that I have read about !!!

That said what has your experience been with oil consumption and quality of the internals. I have read sooo many horror stores about our motors falling apart at 6-12k miles I would love to hear a good-news-story.

Thanks!

Jeff
