Oil Press Shut OFF Switch
I am installing a low pressure shut off switch --just in case my oil pressure drops below 15 psi. I am not sure this would help in the event I knock a hole in my oil pan but under all other circumstances it might save my engine. Where is the recommended location of this switch. What are your thoughts regarding this precaution effort. Thanks again for your advise.

I have a switch placed on an unused OUT port on my remote filter. I don't have it connected to a shut off switch, but a big red light on the dash. If something happens and the oil pressure drops I would rather decide when to cut the motor then be stuck with no power in the middle of the highway.
