Registering Cobra Kit Cars
I own California Vehicle Registration Services. I am an expert on the in's and out's of registering a Cobra. I currently do work for several Cobra Clubs in California. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Does anyone know where to find the chassis VIN stamp on Contemporary Cobra? Trying to get registered but not sure where to find the second VIN.
Thanks, Jesse |
Can you help people in other states, or just in California?

Hey guys,
I don't think you will be hearing from DMVExpert anytime soon. If you noticed, the date of his post is almost 2 years old. If he is the same guy I think it is, he probably can't do you much good behind the bars. TURK |
Contemporary vin
Saglio,
The vin # for Contemporary Cobra's is stamped on the drivers side of the frame. It between the upper, and lower A arms on the 4" round tube. If its a very early car the # will represent the date the frame was made. Later cars will have the CCX as part of the #. I hope this helps you. Don |
Contemporary VIN
Don - thank you very much for your help.
