West Coast Cobra help

Hello,
I'm helping a friend with his 1984 WCC, the car has been sitting for about 5 years right off the bat all 3 master cylinders are frozen. Is it common for these cars to have 2 master cylinders for the brakes? I assume one for the front and one for the rear and a slave cylinder for the clutch. Where would I get parts or part numbers for anything on the car?
I also looked all over the car where is the data plate located?
Thanks in advance
Sean

I'd post the question in the West Coast Owners Group on this site.
I appears folks are still active and have questions and answers on recent posts there.
