reset odometer on smiths electronic speedo

I took my car for a spin a couple times around the block (less than one mile) I did not calibrate the speedo before doing this, I did not think about it. The speedo went to 180 MPH and now it reads almost 3k miles on it. Is there a way to reset the odometer? with it sending it to the UK? Im sure some one else has done this , or am I the only one? It is am electronic version.

Just use a pulse generator to spin it all the way around to zero again. It'll only take a couple of weeks.

Mike, are you saying you saw 180mph going around the block a couple of times....and the odometer now reads 3000 miles?
You'll probably need new tyres now....:D

Cheers!
