Beeping & Hazard Lights When Connecting New Batter

Hi guys. My dad built this Cobra and I inherited it when he passed away. I put in a new battery and I am getting a flashing light along with a chime/alarm and it won't start.
It started fine with the old battery when I jumped it earlier the same day. Is this a sign of the wrong battery? I'm at a bit of a loss. I tried to upload a video of what is going on but apparently ran into administrative issues. I have uploaded an image so at least you can see which light I am talking about (it is the small red light just above the horn). Anyone know what this sound and indicator might be telling me? Thanks in advance! |
Perhaps there's an alarm system that reset when the batteries were disconnected. Look for a remote key fob or hidden button to reset.
