Beeping & Hazard Lights When Connecting New Batter

1 Attachment(s)
Hi guys. My dad built this Cobra and I inherited it when he passed away. I put in a new battery and I am getting a flashing light along with a chime/alarm and it won't start.

It started fine with the old battery when I jumped it earlier the same day. Is this a sign of the wrong battery? I'm at a bit of a loss.

I tried to upload a video of what is going on but apparently ran into administrative issues. I have uploaded an image so at least you can see which light I am talking about (it is the small red light just above the horn).

Anyone know what this sound and indicator might be telling me? Thanks in advance!

Perhaps there's an alarm system that reset when the batteries were disconnected. Look for a remote key fob or hidden button to reset.
