Diff noise???
Should my 9" rear make noise when I am slowing down. It is most niticeable in 3rd gear. I don't have any carpet yet, so the noise comes right through to me. I did a search, and found some reference to gear noise, but the discriptions don't sound the same to me. This is a whine only when it is in gear and slowing down. It doesn't matter if I am turning or not.

Nevermind, I think that i found it. I think that the GM gear oil additive should help.
