Contemporary Coilover front end shims

Would any Contemporary owner/builder be able to identify/source the factory built front end shims for the coilover front suspension. Im looking for a shim which is about one inch wide and about three and three eights inches long with a slot about three inches long. The standard automotive shims are tough to work with and look sloppy in this application.
With appreciation, Jack.

Jack,

Check with Bill Connelly at Upstate Super Replicars. His Daytona Coupes were originally from Contemporary and utilize the same coil over front end and frame.

Here is the website:

I have this setup. Where does this shim go?

CCX..... These shims are installed in between the upper control arm and the stantions that rise from the 4in. main frame rail tubing, thereby allowing for front end alignment.

Try www.sngbarratt.com

They're a huge British supply house for all parts Jaguar related, and they have a big operation here in America in Manchester, New Hampshire. Go on the website and click on the link for USA business. Or, if you prefer you can call them at 603-622-1050. I got all the parts to rebuild my Contemporary torsion bar based Jaguar front end from them. Good luck!

I had my intake manifold ceramic coated outside in bright polished alluminum and inside with another coating. has worked great for the last seven years. and cheaper than polishing.
