do I need a dust shield for the clutch throw out arm? I purchased all the parts from Fortes ei. trans clutch ect. and everything was there but to me it Just doesnt look right with out it

No you really don't need one but it's a good idea for a daily driver.
I purchased one from my local Ford dealer. I think it was about
$18. The cover is actually metal and it's held in place with one bolt. Let me know if you need a part number.

YES! You dont want stray bits of god-knows-what going into the bellhousing!

yes a part number would be helpful. Installed the motor and tranny today and its only a matter of time:D :D
