Door Switches?

I am considering installing courtesy lights under my dash to illuminate the leg area. I would like to turn on the lights the conventional way with a door light switch. I have seen the alarm type switches but I would like something a little nicer. Something with a nice rubber boot, etc.
Does anyone know where I can find these gizmos?

Thanks Dudes;)

:MECOOL: My wife's 2001 Lexus ES300 uses a real nice booted door jam switch . Attaching screw is from the booted side , so it would be real easy to attach to any thing. Also it is mounted at opening end of door not toward the front. Lexus being just a overpriced Toyota. Toyota might even use the same switch. Check it out , might be just what your looking for. Happy hunting.....

Go to your local u-pull-it and you'll find a plethora of such goodies. And the price will be right, too :).

Shell Valley should have them as an accessory item. Classic Roadsters does. Street rod electrical emporiums, Ron Francis, Street Works, Painless, etc., has them. Courtesy lights add a nice touch, and can be used for alarms as well. As an added touch, you can install a small LED by the ignition switch and headlights so you can find them in the dark. Remember, the courtesy light circuit is "complete the ground".

- But also remember that fiberglass does not constitute a ground. You'll have to run a separate wire from each switch's housing to a ground.
