What parts do I need to get my 95 5.0 HO EFI engine running??

I want to do the FI thing, so no carbs...
Ok, I have a 95 5.0 HO EFI crate engine. What do I need exactly to get it running??? From the research I have done.. I have gotten allot of uncertainties. (BTW, going into a CR cobra with that harness)

1) Should I get the wiring from a 94~95 cobra... I have found a junkyard that can supply me the computer, main harness, the PCM, Ignition modulator, and AFM for about $400. Is that everything I need??? How hard is it to wire up/integrate with the CR harness

2) Go Painless, (lots of uncertainties)
Painless tech told me I need the harness (Painless) plus 86~93 computer, MAP sensor, MASS Air, water, oxygen, knock sensors...
That’s all... Other ppl told me I need distributor and more...

3)Go the Ford Motorcraft route, a Ford Tech said that I need all 86~93 stuff, computer, engine/main harness, sensor relay kit, multiport wiring harness and distributor.. (Is that all ??)

I like the idea the 94 route as it saves lots of money... But how hard is it to install instigate???
I would like to keep the wiring to under $600, as I still need to get Alt, starter, and brackets...

Thanks
