Cam specs for a Weber'd 302 Ford
Any ideas ?????
Looking at running 44 IDF's with the Rousch 180/200 heads, 9 1/2 to 1 comp. What were the specs for the cams used in the GT-40's ????? Still thinking about the next project. Cheers and thanks, Bill Cook :) |
personally i wouldnt run 44idf's use 48's u will use 48's no problem! read my post to swiss cobra!

I run 48 IDAs on a 289 .030 0ver at 10:1 compression. My heads have been extensively ported. I have a solid cam with 236 degrees actual duration at .528 lift (comp cams). I am very pleased with the result- TRW 10:1 pistons had to be flycut, but I recently outran the winner of the boss shootout at Tulsa, no problem. The independent runner intake will let you run up to 240 degrees actual duration and idle at least as smooth as a stock 289 hipo. tblackgt350 |
