Regular Willwods
Are the regular Willwods that come on a new Superformance adequatd enough for road racing ?? Any thoughts, experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well... depends which SPF car # you have and the upgrades that have been done. Generally speaking, many change pads and go racing. If it's a new car, it should have Tan single Dynalites, design # 7112, brake pad # 15T-5911k. According to Wilwood, you should use their polymatrix A or B compound pad for racing and change back to the T ( or new Q ) pad for street use. If you have a earlier SPF, it depends whether it has Wilwoods on all four corners and what upgrades have been done. Clear as mud? :D Dave |
