serial number advice needed

I am curious what year 351W block resides in my engine bay. The serial # is E9AE-6015-AA-9.

Can anyone decode that for me? Thanks:confused:

I believe it is a '79. The E means the '70's decade, the 9 means the year in that decade, thus 1979. Somebody please check me on this.
