Attaching License Plate
How do you attach the license plate? Bolt directly to the trunk? Use a bracket?

Use a bracket similar to the above.

Good suggestion. I bought the one pictured above from Finishline ( Enzo) and it works great!

I used the bracket from Finishline for about a year and noticed that it started to crack across the length at the rear bend. When I noticed it I had about 1/2" to go before it let loose.
It resulted in me making my own by shaping a piece of aluminum angle like the one I got from Enzo. Much heavier and will not crack.

The distance between mounting holes varies between different versions of the bracket shown. Depends on who made it.

I mounted directly to the trunk. I like the flush look.

Thanks
Thanks for the feedback.
Jams, I like the flush look as well. How did you attach to the trunk? Screw into the fiberglass? Nutserts?
