File-fit rings for a 260 (Slightly O/T)
Does anyone know of a source of file-fit rings for a 260+.030"?
Bore size is 3.830", 5/32, 5/32, 3/16" ring widths. And yes, I've already called an auto parts store.... :3DSMILE: ;) |
What kind of auto parts store? You need to contact an engine parts supply house. They have the big books of parts. Phone-book sized book of just lifters, same for piston rings, etc. That and an attentive employee on the other end of the phone. I can recommend G&C engine parts in anaheim CA, but I don't have their phone number in front of me. They are on Lewis street though.
