4.5#mag Ford SB Bellhousing ?

Can anyone tell me what flywheel and starter to use with this bellhousing or who the manufacture is. The fellow I bought it from said it was used on a Roush Nascar car W/ a Jerico Trans. Its a very low ground clearence housing. Any help will be great.
