can anybody tell me who(supplier) i can talk to about getting a svo or dart 302 block,crank,rods,pistons etc to build one of those 440 stroker engines?

I haven't seen a "302" Ford SVO block that would safely bore and stroke over 360 cu. in.
SVO does have some "351" blocks that can go out to 454 cu. in.
