XKE U joint vibration?
I have a Midstates in the "sorting out" stage and am experiencing a chassis vibration under load - most notably in 3rd and 4th gear. It is XKE and the half shafts go up from the center to the hubs at +/- 5 degrees just sitting in the garage. I fear that I will have to relocate the center pod upwards but would like to know if the angle is the cause of my vibration. Am I looking in the right direction?

Donald,
I doubt that the angle is excessive. Our car has almost 4 deg. angle without experiencing your problem. I suspect that the vibration is from either wheels/tires or bad U-joints.
