Everett-Morrison body fit on Midstates Frame
Anybody know if the Midstates frame will fit under an Everett Morrison body without any complications? It is a square tube frame.

Heres what I remember about putting my EM body on the frame.
First off the body is very strong. If you change the mounting points a bit from what EM did I think you will be OK. The EM mounts at 8 points.(4 on each side) From front to rear they are: The inner wheel well in front of the front axil. the floor of the passanger compartment sits on the round tubes of the EM frame. one mount is by your feet and one by your seat. The rear mounts are all the way back by the bumper mounts. I would think the big question would be the frame height of the two companies where the pasanger compartment is. Frame too low and you could block it, but if the frame is too high it may be hard to make the body sit low enough. Let me know if you want me to take some measurments of my EM. Good Luck |
