Question on oil cooler lines ????
Can you mix and match fittings and hose ??
I want to use the black cloth HTE line from Earl's, and the Endura fittings from Russell or the nickel fittings from Aeroquip. Anyone ever used one mfgs fitting and another mfg's hose ???? Thanks and cheers, Bill Cook :D |
I used some Earl's fittings on Aeroquip braided hose - worked fine, no leaks. I liked the Aeroquip fittings a lot better though. They seemed to be better quality and were much easier to install.
