fuel cells

I have a rectanglular welded alluminum fuel tank. It has a 3" side filler pipe which is connected to filler neck byway of a 3" 90° hose.
It's smooth and has rounded edges and is sumped.I'd like to get it converted into a cell with foam to elliminate sloshing. I'd like to keep the side filler so the trunk can be used for storage, small as it is.Who does such things and is anyone in the Pacific Northwest?

They are in Oregon and they can make a custom bladder for your container.

I believe the design of my tank is somwhat unique and funtional, but alas I want more.Larger AN supply ports and add a return port with an internal tube, foam filled, and a bladder would be great. I've removed and installed precut foam in large diesel tanks when the foam was breaking down and plugging filters.I'm sure it coul be done problem is I do not want to clutter the top of the tank so things like a car cover, and coats, convertable top will still fit.
