5 lug conversion

does anyone know what year and model continental rotors can be used to convert my mustang 4 lug to 5 lug. Also which year ford drivers side ranger axles to use for the same 4 to 5 lug conversion.
thanks

4-5 lug swap......

The front rotors are off an 82, and the axles come off the 89 ranger, Scott

Steve, I looked around the junkyard for my 88' mustang and couldn't find any 8.8 Ranger axles, so I called summit and they carry a conversion kit for $189. It's form Ford, the kit has the axles and drums needed. I also used ranger front rotor assy. from a 88' ranger. Also for a cheap brake upgrade... and I mean cheap! Go to the local Autobone and ask for some 86' SVO calipers they are only like $13 apiece! The stock mustang calipers are $55. The difference is in the piston diameter, the SVO piston is much bigger and the best part is they bolt right on! The only thing you have to remember is to buy the brake pads for a 86' SVO and not your current year calipers. Hope the info helps. -wingnut13
