Compression Ratio

Is there a way to calculate exactly what my compression ratio is ??

Yes, but you need to know your deck height, exactly how deep in (or out of) the hole the piston is at TDC.

Could this be calculated from my build sheet ??

This is a bit of a stroke, but if you know the CCs of your chambers and the incrouchment of the piston ( above the deck height ) into the chamber, you could get a relative idea of what you are doing.

Make sure the resultant area is added to the stroke cylinder to get close number of intake volume. Then divide and you should have a close number.

There is nothing like a set of CCed heads, a dial bore gage and playdoe.

Everyone can comment on my inability to spell!! LOL

Hope this helps.
