headlight trimring question

Just putting my headlights back in and finally got to mount the nice chrome finish ring. It snaps on but looks like a screw will keep it on for good.

I see it has a large hole thru it next to a smaller hole
I assume that the hole lines up with a hole on the headlight housing. I did not get a screw with this ring....what is used here??
Also the hole seems to be out from the corresponding hole on the bucket that normal? Looks like the ring need to be pushed on hard here and its at least 1/16th outwards on the ring from the hole.

Trim Ring

There should be a stainless steel sheet metal screw with a rubber washer under the head. The other little hole is for and water drainage. Both of my trim rings the screw mounts at a 7:00 position when looking at the headlights. Hope this helps. The screw size is an 8 or 10 x 1/2" long, I think. Let me know if you want me to take it off and identify.
