Dipstick for a 428

I have a 428 with a canton pan on it and apparently the dipstick hole in the windage tray did not line up correctly. I now have a broken dipstick and cannot check the oil level. there also appears to be a small leak where the tube meets the block.

Therefore time for a new dipstick and tube. Anyone know where I can get one. Original or after market no difference to me.

thanks for all your help.

John

we really must do better with our reply times.. I apologize. 2 minutes is pretty good but the answer was vague.. 61 minutes even for a good answer seems to be a long time.. Sorry:LOL:

Be aware the Lokar dip stick is adjustable for various FE applications.. start with a full oil pan, install the dipstick and you may have to cut the top of the stick to fine tune the level. there is a set screw in the top of the dipstick handle.. It will snip off with a set of side cutters..
