MSD Knock Alert
Anybody out there know anything about these and/or a similar product? Personal and annecdotal information welcomed.

It could be very useful with the typical noisy Cobra exhaust system. Too bad they don't give you the option of having an automatic ignition timing retard with it. I don't remember the manufacturer, but I had a knock-retard system on one of my cars about 15 years ago. It enabled me to run more advance under light loads for better fuel economy.

Bob. Could it have been a Carter? They made a pretty popular unit that did just that.
