Brake Lights?
For some reason my brake lights stopped working! I checked the fuses and they were fine! And after a quick inspection in the trunk all the wires and bulbs seem to be fine! I see brake fluid in the resivoir, Everything looks good! What am I doing wrong or miss? Could it be the preesure switch? Please! Any help would be great! The weekend is almost here and the weather is going to be fantastic! Thanks in advance!

Do you have a pressure activated switch or a mechanical switch? Either way, find the switch. Verify with a 12v test light that power is being received at the switch. Use a short length of light gauge wire with a small fuse in the middle to shunt the 2 contacts together. An assistant can tell you if the lights came on or not. If so, suspect a switch problem. If not, the problem is somewhere between the switch and the lights. On the other hand, if power is not being received at the switch, the problem is in the fuse panel or the wiring leading to the switch.

Check your brake pedal. I bet it has the old style GM brake light switch that has a button that rests against the upper brake pedal. If so, it may just need adjusting.
If you find this is the type of switch you have pull both wires off and wrap some tape around one of them while you are working on your switch because one is always hot and if they touch you will blow a fuse. It doesn't matter which side they go back on the switch either your brakes lights will work as long as both wires are connected.
