screw in air bleeds

I have a holley 4150hp . I had tried some different air bleeds some time ago . Now
I noticed that the front is set up with the small hole in the middle and the large holes
on the out side .The secondarys are opposite with the large holes on the inside
and the small holes on the outside . Is this the factory set up ?

Thanks . John

I have that carb

It's right out of the box. Both primary and secondary have big holes on the outside, small holes on the inside.

Thank you , PS I just changed the plugs . I noticed the front 4 (1,2,5,6 ) plugs were dark tan , the back 4 (3,4,7,8)were a brown black
The secondars are 73 , the primarys are 72 Which I put in . I wonder if it is the bleeds or the jets ?
