throttle cable/bracket
I replaced an Eddlebrock 750 with a BG Demon 650 on a Weiand Stealth and now the cable is an inch too long. The current bracket I fabricated sits perpendicular to the rear carb bolt that holds it down. If I fabricate a new bracket that sits back an inch it will extend the inner housing past the outter housing and could get caught. The current bracket set up allows for full throttle, but I can't find a cable that is only an inch shorter...
Also, has anyone installed a positive throttle stop? BG is pretty adamant that they be used and to not rely on just the floor board, and knowing my heavy foot it makes sense! Thanks, Matt |
Bracket by CSI and Lokar cable work perfectly together.

Thanks! I just went on Jegs and found it. I see your fuel line running out the back, do you have an elec. fuel pump?

I've got the BG fuel log that runs along side and down to the bellhousing area, along the chassis to a filter and to the elec Holley black pump just under the drivers seat.
