DTD2000 vs Engine Analyzer discrepancies

I have been making comparisions of various head options in each of these programs, but am getting wildly different results.

This is 351 Cleveland talk. I'm comparing Open and Closed chamber 4bbl heads and OC & CC 2 bbl heads, with all other variiables being constant (from head to head and across programs).

Ranking these heads according to output using DTD results shows the CC 4bbl being highest, then the OC 4bbl, then the CC 2bbl, then lastly the OC 2bbl.

Using the EA results, it shows the CC 2bbl being best, followed by the OC 2bbl, then the CC 4bbl, and lastly the OC 4 bbl.

What are your thoughts on these two programs? Is one not relible and the other is? Which is better for making decisions from?
