Roller Lifter Brand?
I plan to use a roller comp cams shaft for my 351W/392 stroker. Are there good reasons NOT to use Ford roller lifters? If so, what brand would you recommend for street/ocassional strip 6000 rpm operation?
Thanks, auto10x Bill |

I assume you will use a hydraulic cam? If so, no problems or reasons not to that I have ever heard. They work fine in my motor.

I feel the best lifter by far for high RPM is the Crane link-bar type. We use this lifter in all of our 427 Windsor stroker engines This set up eliminates the stock lifter hold down system. Hope this helps.
