I don't know what forums your getting this Debris thing from???

We sell on average 1.5 Demons a day, I disassemble and baseline set each and every one of them before they leave here.

In the last 2-3 years I can only recall seeing any debris in one Demon Carb and it was an extremely small piece that I wouldn't even have seen without doing our standard quick spaying of the float bowls.

I have heard of and found debris in carbs that come to us for repair or tuning becaue of problems but it's always been from not flushing the dual feed or new supply lines before installing them.

One report of debris was from the "other" cobra forum and there were two from Corral. I wouldn't be quick to report debris if it weren't for the fact that the debris was alloy in nature rather than from fuel line (neoprene / rubber / steel braiding) or crud that typically resides in old gas tanks like rust..

Please fill me/us in on your processes and also what is "standard quick spaying of the float bowls" ??

Thanks!

speaking in ref to the alloy................yes i agree,
what is concerning, is the fact that when i first took the bowls and metering blocks off, the chips were imbedded in the sealing surfaces of the gaskets. that tells me they did not just wash out of all the little nooks and crannies.

food for thought
