Glad I could help. The reason I thought of that was because when I was building mine, one of my engine builder buddies came up to look, and that was the first thing he checked.....to make sure that I had put that plug in.
I'm glad you were smart enough to prime the oil pump and check everything out. That could have been an expensive mistake. |

Slap that intake back on then ship the engine to me. I'll make sure she's good and broken in for ya. After that, I'll ship her to Blykins for some destructive testing, then he'll ship it to Ernie out on Oahu for use as a marker and natural reef at his favorite dive spot near Three Tables. Well on priming the pressure went right to 60 psi...and at the rocker arms, lets just say...
"First thing you know old Jed's a millionaire..." I think I will start 'er up today and give thanks! -John |
