Gt-40 intake question
I have an intake that is from an Explorer, which is the same as the GT-40 intake with the exception that it does not have the center hole in the lower intake. What is that hole for? Someone saide that they thought it was to heat the manifold, but that didn't make sense to me.......
HELP!!! |
The hole is for the EGR system. The Explorer has an external system rather than plumbing it through the intake. If you're not runnung EGR don't wory about it.
