XKE JAG HP Brake Calipers
Gentlemen; I need some advice on what Brake calipers to use for my Jaguar Series 3 XKE front end.I tried to E-mail the "Big" manufacturers about this ,but unless your waving money in their face-No-one replys!,What I would like is 4 Piston (1.750" Pistons or so) 3.5" Mounting and for use on 11+1/8" Dia ,and 1" Thick Rotors ( Stock Jag Series 3).I am using 15" Rims.If possible I would like Dust seal equipped Calipers but I am beginning to see - that doen`t exist in all the popular brands. What are you running and how do you like them??....Thanks..Mike

I am using Wilwood six piston Superlights with 12.19 Rotors on my Jag front end Contemporary.I had to make my own mounting brackets and do a little grinding here and there but they do fit and yes I am using 15" wheels.
If you go the the Wilwood site they have all the caliper and rotor dementions so you can order what you need. Measure carefully. http://www.wilwood.com/ |
