Top o' the windshield.......
It has always bothered me. That open channel on the top of the windshild frame. What can I do to fill that up and make it look good (OEM)? I've heard that small tubing might be good but I've never tried that.
Well, yesterday afternoon I was cleaning up a bit in the garage and came across a box of different weatherstripping and related stuff for the Cobra. In there was this thin semi gloss black plastic edge trim. The really thin stuff with a little bit of glue inside that you use on thin metal. You've seen it, like 1/4" wide. I get an idea and slip this stuff onto the forward edge and it looks great. If you move it around you will find that you can seat it so it just about covers the gap between the channel. Vacuum line works great also.

Why? Just curious. To me the windshield frame looks like any other roadster windsheild frame with the top channel.
