brake light not working
happy fathers day all.
my brake lights are not working, i checked fuses, wiring hook up at rear tail lights.. any common problems anyone has experienced? i guess my next move is to check master cylinder wires.. thanks in advance.. ken |
Where is the brake switch???
Find it and short the two wires. You should hear a click and the lights should come on. If you short the wires and the lights do not come on, look for the relay. If they do come on, you need a new switch. Hope this helps! |

thanks for the help.. will attempt to get new switch.

My slide on Connector was loose and just required a snugging from pliers to fix that issue once!
|
ill check that too, thanks dalton/david.. what connecter, at the master cylinder, or tail lights? i checked both, is there a relay somewhere?

It may be a pressure operated switch, might have to be adjusted or replaced.
