351W Vibration at 1900 RPM

OK guys, I've read lots of posts on engine vibrations, and concluded that my problem (please keep reading) is most likely an engine balance issue. The situation is:
Brand new 351W stroker just installed in equally new SPF. Get a slight, but noticable, vibration at 1850-1900 rpm. Vibration is rpm dependent only - happens with clutch in or out, moving or not. Clutch was replaced in the hope that an unbalanced plate was the culprit. It was not. Dowels were used for alignment of both the initial and replacement clutch.

Any suggestions (the more specific, the better) on what might be causing this will be appreciated.
Thanks.

Great news! It was the clutch! Initial assessment that the vibration was still there after replacing it was incorrect.
