Compomotive knock off wheel nuts

Compomotive knock off wheels,
Does anyone here use them? - and if so can anyone advise me if the standard Trigo, PSE, Shelby, Accurate Machine Products, Wheel nut or tri-winged Lugnut has the same taper as the Compomotive wheel nuts?

Reason is I have two sets of Trigo and AMP lugnuts and am making my own front hubs and Compomotive make a nice looking wheel, and I can get them in 12" rears and 10" fronts for my backspacing!
